As both a successful electrical contractor and an engineering firm, ESI bridges the gap between design and construction. We provide signed and sealed Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) construction documents, as well as all required site lighting design complete with photometric point-by-point calculations. Our complimentary specialties enable us to create more accurate construction documents than most standard engineering firms, helping eliminate costly change orders caused by deficient design documents.

If requested, budgets can be developed and reviewed at the beginning of your project and revised at appropriate milestones.
